Privacy Policy
We collect as little data as possible. This page explains what is processed when you visit 3DBeginnerHub and what rights you have. Last updated: November 2026.
The site operator is based in Germany, so the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies. We also respect the rights of visitors under the UK GDPR, US state privacy laws and Canada’s privacy law. This page is for information and is not legal advice.
1. Who is responsible
Michael Scheuner, Rigaer Straße 62, 10247 Berlin, Germany. Email: kontakt@rigamedia.de. Full details in the legal notice.
2. Hosting and server logs
The site is hosted by Hostinger. When you open a page, the server automatically records technical data: IP address, date and time, page requested, referring page, browser and operating system. This is needed to deliver the site and keep it secure (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are deleted after a short period, unless needed to investigate an attack.
3. Cookies and analytics
At the moment, this site uses no analytics and sets no tracking cookies. No consent banner is shown because there is nothing to consent to.
If we add Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) later, it will only load after you click “Accept” in a consent banner, “Reject” will be just as easy, and this section will be updated before that happens. You will be able to change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of each page.
4. Product images and affiliate links
Product images are loaded from Amazon’s image servers, which means your browser connects to Amazon and transmits your IP address. When you click an affiliate link, you leave our site. Amazon may then set cookies to attribute the purchase to us; this is governed by Amazon’s own privacy notice. We receive no personal data about you from Amazon, only aggregated sales reports.
5. Contacting us by email
If you email us, we use your message and address only to reply. We delete them when the conversation is over, unless we must keep them by law.
6. Your rights
- EU and UK: you have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. You may complain to a data protection authority, for example in your country of residence.
- United States: we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You may ask us what data we hold about you and ask us to delete it.
- Canada: you may ask to access and correct your personal information and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
To exercise your rights, email kontakt@rigamedia.de.
7. Security
The site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. We do not run user accounts, comment forms or newsletters.
8. Changes
We will update this policy if the site changes, for example before adding analytics. The date at the top shows the latest version.
